Any information submitted for the Joule Winter Promotion will only be used for the administrative purposes of this promotion unless otherwise stated and the relevant permission granted by the customer.
Claims are processed in due course and your reward/s will be presented to you by a company representative or sent by registered carrier. Please allow a minimum of 28 working days after the end date of the promotion before contacting us about your claim.
Claimants must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.
No responsibility can be taken by the promoter for incomplete or inaccurate claims. No correspondence will be entered into. All original copies of supporting documentation must be retained by the claimant as this may be required to validate your claim.
Any tax or VAT liability arising from participation in this promotion and receipt of the reward is entirely the responsibility of the claimant.
The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.

Please note that this promotion is only valid against Joule units purchased at normal trade terms only for the sole purpose of resale.
Claims cannot be accepted where a Joule unit is purchased with contract support.
Claims are to reach us no later than the 30th January 2019 and no late claims will be accepted for whatever reason after this date.
This promotion for the Joule Winter Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion currently running for Joule.
Valid cylinders need to be accumulated and the reward of a Snickers hoody is clearly shown on the claim form. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
By submitting a claim, the claimant acknowledges and is deemed to have accepted all the above terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your future reference.
